Patient rights
Getting care
All patients receive appropriate care without regard to race, religion, customs, color, nationality, origin, gender, age, disability, marital status, source of income or type of coverage of medical costs.
• All patients receive equal medical treatment for the same diagnosis and healthcare needs.
• The patient obtains additional care in the event of his disability, such as wheelchairs, etc., in order to compensate for his disability
Respect:
• The patient's access to full care, respect and appreciation for his dignity and independent personality, including privacy in treatment and personal care, especially patients with special needs.
• The patient shall not be exposed to any kind of physical or psychological abuse, and the patient shall not be treated inappropriately by any person.
Safety and Security :
• The patient obtains the best possible level of safety with regard to the center's environment and the behavior followed in medical procedures.
• Protect him as a patient, regardless of his age, from exposure to harassment, violence, or abuse. The center also provides special protection for newborns by applying the best security and safety standards applied in this regard.

• The patient will be notified of everything related to his health, through the team of doctors who work at the center.
• The patient will be notified of everything about his financial obligations that can be determined in advance and what may be added to them later in terms of services that may be required for treatment.
• Patients will be honestly notified if their needs exceed the capabilities of intensive care.
Connection:
• The patient must have the freedom to contact any person, accompany him, or meet him alone, including family members and friends, within the limits of respecting the rights of others.
Privacy:
• The patient has the right to have his personal privacy and must have the right to prefer visiting or not.
• The patient has the right to be interviewed and examined in private, or to choose a companion who is present during the physical examinations on him.
Confidentiality
• A written consent must be obtained from the patient before imaging (especially facial imaging).
• All patient data contained in his medical file must be dealt with confidentially by not discussing his data in front of others in relation to this data and not disclosing his name when talking about any information related to his illness.
• The patient has the right to obtain a medical report.
• A written authorization must be obtained from the patient before giving any information about his current condition to anyone.
Acceptance or refusal of treatment:
• The patient has the right to make a decision regarding his care based on the information he gets from the service provider, including information about the procedure to be taken, potential risks and benefits, additional actions that may be necessary, long-term consequences and risks that may result from not receiving treatment Possible and available alternative treatment methods, including a treatment option that is not available at the center.
• This is if the patient's mental state allows him to take these decisions, as well as the right of the patient or his guardian to refuse that treatment and to be notified of the medical consequences of this refusal.
Alternative decision making:
• The patient has the right to notify his health care provider of his previously taken decision regarding his health care, which should be implemented in the event of his loss of the ability to make a decision.
• The patient has the right, when entering the center, to appoint an alternative person to take decisions related to his health care on his behalf and within the limits permitted by the system, in the event that he does not have the ability to make a decision.
Complaints and questions:
• The patient has the right to be informed about the course of his complaint.
• The patient has the right to submit complaints within the specified period according to the hospital system regarding any form of care or service without being subjected to any restrictions, interference, coercion or discrimination.
• The patient also has the right to have his complaint reviewed in a timely and fair manner and to receive a response with the hospital's decision regarding his complaint.
• The patient has the right to ask questions and get answers accordingly.
Limitations:
The patient should not be subjected to medical and physical restrictions unless the doctors believe that this measure is necessary to protect the patient or to protect others, provided that the doctors’ authorization for this is in writing and under integrated and continuous medical supervision for a specific period of time.
Transfer or exit:
• The transfer or discharge of the patient from the center must be after developing an appropriate plan for discharge and for medical reasons only.
• The patient must be informed of the reasons for the transfer and the measures taken to facilitate the transfer.
Patient duties
providing information :
• The patient or his guardian must provide his doctor with a complete health history of his condition and the current medical complaint for which he was brought to the hospital.
• The patient must inform the doctor in charge of sudden medical changes in his condition.
• The patient must indicate whether he understands the medical condition that was explained to him by the medical service provider and the treatment prescribed to him.
Follow the instructions:
• The patient must follow the treatment plan recommended by the doctor during his stay in the center and after discharge from the hospital.
• The patient must respect the appointments, and in the event that he is unable to commit to the appointment, he must inform the center of that.
Respect and respect the rights of others:
The patient must act respectfully and consider the rights of other patients and center staff, as well as cooperate with the center regarding noise level, smoking, and number of visitors.
Refusal of treatment:
The patient bears full responsibility for his actions in the event of refusal of treatment or failure to follow the doctor's instructions.
