This unit links the entire center electronically through an integrated medical program (Ibn Sina Hospital Management System), which is one of the electronic systems produced by the Communications and Information Technology Center - Mansoura University. The first version of the system was issued in 1998, and this system contains the patient record for more than One and a half million patients, and the Ibn Sina Hospital Management System is distinguished by applying the latest international systems and standards in electronic hospital management.

The system follows the patient's movement within the university hospitals and records all data related to him, such as personal data, patient history, clinical examination, analyses, x-rays, drug treatment, and surgical operations, through the university network that connects the various hospital locations and connects all university hospitals. The system connects to radiology equipment to transfer images and store them directly in databases. System data and also connects to analysis devices to transfer analysis data and store it directly in the system databases.
