Mansoura University accreditation from the National Authority for Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation
The Board of Directors of the National Authority for Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation, in its session held today, Wednesday 7/27/2022, headed by Prof. Dr. Yohannes Eid - Chairman of the Authority, agreed to accredit Mansoura University as the first Egyptian public university to obtain a certificate of institutional accreditation, after accrediting 60% of the faculties University educational programmes.
The authority formed a team headed by Prof. Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama - Secretary of the Association of Arab Universities and former Minister of Higher Education, and the team made a virtual visit to the university and a field visit, and the university was evaluated according to the criteria followed by the authority for evaluating university institutions. .
It is worth noting that Mansoura University has 10 accredited colleges and 18 specific programs accredited by the National Authority for Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation.
In this regard, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abdel Basset - President of Mansoura University extends his heartfelt congratulations, thanks and appreciation to all employees of Mansoura University for their efforts during that visit so that Mansoura University appears in the appropriate appearance that befits it, which is the result of a long journey of distinguished efforts Over the course of 50 years since the establishment of the university.

Prof. Dr. Siham Gad Al-Haq - Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at the university indicated that the board’s decision to accredit the university as the first accredited Egyptian university is the culmination of three-year efforts by the quality assurance units to prepare the application file for institutional accreditation of the university by the National Authority for Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation.
