Mansoura University announced today the launch of the electronic system for booking outpatient tickets for hospitals and affiliated medical centers via the Internet.
Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, stated that operating electronic reservations for outpatient clinics is based on the state's direction to achieve digital transformation of all services provided to citizens in light of the state's strategy to achieve sustainable development, which reflects Egypt's vision 2030.
He pointed out that this comes within the framework of the university's efforts to raise the level of quality of medical service for all citizens without discrimination and facilitate access to it through the automation and digitization of these services, including the system for booking tickets for outpatient clinics in hospitals and medical centers in coordination with Prof. Dr. Ashraf Shoma, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Shaarawy Kamal Executive Director of Hospitals and Medical Centers and Directors of University Hospitals. Intilaaq Company for Communications and Information Technology at the university has been assigned to implement and follow up a digital application for reservation and follow-up, as well as rehabilitating hospitals with the necessary electronic devices to facilitate the process of patient entry in a manner that ensures the organization of patients’ entry to clinics in hospitals and medical centers, to reduce the burden on visitors without The ticket offices will be piled up, and the reservation process will be completed electronically, and the patient will receive a text message on the mobile phone with the days and dates of the examination and the procedures to be taken for examination in hospital clinics and medical centers, provided that the electronic reservation will be activated as of Saturday, August 19, 2023 AD, and clinics in hospitals will be identified Medical centers and reservation days are as follows:
